Hapi Pro and iCloud sync

Recording and on-device transcription on iPhone are free. Hapi Pro adds iCloud sync between your iPhone and Hapi for Mac. One Hapi Pro license covers both: buy it inside the iPhone app or for the Mac, and it works on the other as long as both devices use the same Apple ID with iCloud turned on.

• Bought on iPhone: open Hapi on your Mac while signed in to the same Apple ID. It picks up the license on its own.
• Bought for the Mac: activate the license key in Hapi for Mac. Your iPhone starts syncing a few moments later.
• New iPhone or reinstall: open Settings in the Hapi app and tap Restore Purchases.

Refunds

Purchases made in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For purchases made on our website, email us.

Audio and transcripts stay on your devices and in your own iCloud account. See the privacy policy for the details.
